About Lighthouse I.T. Consulting, Inc.

Lighthouse was founded by Erik Nedwidek. Erik has been involved with computers for more than 26 years. His first experience with a computer was at age 11 with the Commodore Pet 4. Later that year a Commodore 64 was bought as the family computer.

Erik's professional career includes 12 years at IBM, Inc. His IBM career spanned a wide range of technologies and areas. As a system administrator he was responsible for network and system administration in the Research Triangle Park lab supporting a number of IBM Software Group's top products. Erik was also a software developer and software architect for 8 years for two major internal IBM tools. Both of these tools were used by over 80,000 IBMers world wide.

Lighthouse is primarily located in Wake Forest, NC. We are also able to work from Kill Devil Hills, NC. We can meet in person at your business or home in the Raleigh-Durham area or any of the towns on the outer banks from Corolla to Ocracoke. We can also provide our web design and custom programming services to businesses outside of these areas.
