Our Policies and Rates
Initial Consultation
Lighthouse charges a flat $50 fee for the initial consultation. The purpose of this consultation is for our project manager to get to know your business and your needs. We will provide you with a plan and an estimate. If you choose not to use our services, you will not owe anything other than the initial consultation fee.

Payments
We will invoice your company for our services. All estimates over $2000 will require a 50% deposit before work will begin. Upon completion of the work you will be invoiced for the remaining balance.
Our preferred payment method is by check. At this time we do not accept credit cards.
