Server Design

Lighthouse can design, build, and install a custom server for your business. We focus on providing you with a system that meets your business' specific needs. All servers are designed to minimize the chance of data loss. From an on site backup solution and hard drives in a RAID configuration to working with you to decide on an off site backup solution.

We can install your choice of any of the following operating systems:

• Windows Server 2003/2008
• Windows Vista
• Windows XP Professional
• Linux (Fedora, Red Hat, Ubuntu, SuSe)

All Windows operating systems come with an original Windows install disc and license. Additionally a slipstream install disc will be provided that contains the Windows installer and all drivers needed for your system's hardware.

Lighthouse can also work with you on buying a server solution from major vendors like Dell and Lenovo. Unlike their support representatives, our goal is to help you buy only what you need.
